Jay received his MBA from the University of Massachusetts and his Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is active in the industry, serving as past Board Chair for the Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI), a past Commissioner for the Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC) and currently on the Advisory Council for the CAQH Annual Index Report.
